6. Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use

7. Account Suspension and Closure

tk999co reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the requested timeframe.
• Suspicious account activity indicative of fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• A valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion notice from a third-party responsible gaming scheme.
• Legal or regulatory instruction requiring the account to be closed.

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your tk999co account at any time by contacting customer support at support@tk999co. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. 8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a verified game malfunction, tk999co reserves the right to void any bets placed during the affected period and to refund the original stake to the player's account. Where a malfunction results in an erroneously large payout, tk999co reserves the right to reclaim the excess amount from the player's account. The principle that "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all games on the tk999co platform.

8.2 Force Majeure

tk999co shall not be in breach of these Terms, nor liable for any delay or failure to perform, where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet infrastructure failures, civil unrest, or any other force majeure event. In such circumstances, tk999co will take all reasonable steps to restore normal service as quickly as possible.
